About our Policies 

We try to mail your purchase the next business day BUT we “say” that we mail 4 days per week. Monday through Thursday. WE USUALLY DO NOT MAIL ON FRIDAY. We ship by USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority Flat Rate. If you wish to insure your items, please email me and I can send you an addition invoice for payment, Often I will add this in at our expense if the dollar amount of each sale is high enough for me to justify it.
We have been in this gemstone business for well over 45 years as our career .. not a hobby .. we take our work seriously and try to always give you our very best. We have many years of experience selling online. From our websites .. and on Ebay, and on Etsy and through our Facebook page. Prior to the internet days, we sold via mail order and had a great customer following. This truly is a SMALL world and I know many of the other gemstone suppliers/ dealers out there personally. Some of them I also purchase from and some of them purchase from me. All of us strive to have HAPPY customers !!

  RETURNS OR EXCHANGES .. 

We want you to be happy with any purchase from us. Money back guarantee. No questions asked. We do our best to keep you happy. We have been selling online for many years with very few refund requests. You may return any item within a one week time of receipt .. returns will be at your cost for postage. I would suggest you insure the items to be certain of your refund. Please email me prior to any returns so we can review your problems. Any returned item must be in the original condition as we mailed to you, unless it was damaged in the mail.

We use PAYPAL for our check out service. You can pay online through their PRIVATE check out service (we never see your most private information) this payment option will open in a new page in your browser as you direct your payment information directly in their highly secured pages. After that you will be redirected back to our check out page. You do NOT have to have a PAYPAL account to make your payment. Several other options will be made available to you at that time.

  FAQ 

At this time, we do NOT take on any custom work. We simply do not have enough time per day to keep up. Very sorry .. but we can NOT make custom shapes or drill holes or polish the backs (if they are not already polished) on any of our cabochons. We do encourage any requests for quantity purchases .. but please remember .. one or two or even 5 is NOT what we would consider as QUANTITY !! We do offer WHOLESALE on certain items but only when it is TRUE WHOLESALE and not just a few items. In some cases we might ask for your state dealers or resellers license number to make these offers.
